By registering for an event, the player agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of both the Code of Conduct and the 2022 G&G Tour's Policies & Procedures, as follows:

• Membership dues are non-refundable at time of processing and expire on December 31, 2022.  

• I agree that all photos taken of me by the G&G Tour or any of its representatives may be used in any brochures, posters, literature, announcements, advertisements, social media or press releases. 

• I also agree to consent to release any information concerning performance and status of membership to the news, media, social media, other golf associations and organizations interested in the game of golf. 

• I also agree as part of membership in the G&G Tour, I may be asked occasionally to volunteer my time and assist with duties such as registration, scoring, and marshalling when needed.

• I understand that the G&G Tour will levy a $20 service charge for any NSF cheques and that a second NSF offense will lead to suspension of membership.

• As a competitor in G&G Tour events, I agree to abide by the pace of play policies put in place, and understand that failure to comply may result in loss of playing privileges. 

• Members who No Show from an event will forfeit their entry fee for that event.

• All outstanding balances will have to be settled before competition is permitted in future events.
